Husband & Wife team, Anthony and Elizabeth, wanted to fill the void in the Dallas vegan food scene and that is what they did. Vegan Food House is a home favorite. A wide array of options to meet the desires of vegans who feel underserved has won this little house of food local awards and foodie fans nationally.

Southern Dinner Catch
Deliciously fried oyster mushrooms in cornmeal. Served with bright corn, mashed new potatoes, macaroni and cheese with garlic toast.
Fried Lasagna
Lasagna stuffed with beautifully flavored house ricotta breaded and deep fried for the perfect crunch. Served over our “meat” sauce, drizzled with pesto and topped with feta cheese.
“Steak” Melt & Fries
You won’t believe it’s not steak! Layered in between thick slices of Italian bread, is savory vegan steak, creamy rosemary cheese, caramelized onions, fresh tomatoes and chimichurri sauce.
“Crab” Cake & “Shrimp” Burger
Burger made with our house vegan crab cake topped with konjac vegan shrimp & “bacon”. Then topped with fresh arugula, tomato, onion and remoulade. Served with fries and gravy,

A big basket of seafood mushrooms flavored and fried to resemble clam strips. Served with yummy hushpuppies, French fries, cocktail sauce and tarter sauce.
Steak Frites
Delicious vegan steak au poivre covered in gravy and feta. Served with fries and a small mixed greens salad topped with vegan bacon bits, walnuts, and blueberries. Served with vinaigrette dressing.
Boudin Balls
Deliciously seasoned vegan ground with traditional herbs & rice used in boudin, rolled in bread crumbs and deep fried into deliciousness. Served with jalapeno aioli.
